Estimating/Calculating Labor Cost on WBS

Hi!

I am trying to calculate estimated Labor Cost on a WBS line (Estimate To Complete section) on the basis of Cost Override provided against the Project Resource on the Project. However, it seems like the WBS will only pull the default cost specified on the Employee (who is the Project Resource) record. The value 70 is the default Labor Cost specified on the Employee record, whereas the Override Cost mentioned for this resource on the Project is 85 -

I also tried assigning this Project Resource to a task such that estimated cost on the task is calculated as per the Cost Overrided provided; Yet, this Cost Override (85) is not pulled on the WBS.
