Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle How do I get access to SuiteIdeas? I am one of the administrators for our NetSuite system. My colleague has access, though we don't know how to grant access as it says you need to contact your administrator. I can't see any help about granting access in NetSuite help. Many thanks Richard

Hi @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle We must remain HIPAA compliant, so your suggestion would mean that there is a field in NetSuite with the unencrypted email address, which wouldn't be acceptable I don't think.

Hi Kristoffer, Unfortunately yes it is. I have set up a workflow by using this useful help guide; http://www.netsuiterp.com/2018/12/send-email-when-fields-value-changed.html Though it still fails to send the email as the recipient email as you have mentioned is encrypted. Best regards Richard

How do we find the case to vote on though? I put 79653 in Suite Ideas and it pulls up something else? The opportunity in our scenario doesn't have an associated SO and we wouldn't want to create one just to be able to date stamp the opportunity as it will skew the SO figures. I can't find 79653 to vote for it?

@Brian Stisser They're not necessarily created immediately after each other. Hoping the workflow would run when they add the Hand record ID onto the Assembly Record Form. It works for the other fields (which are text fields). Just need to be able to replicate some how. Really appreciate your help with this!

@Brian Stisser the hand gets created before the Assembly and then is effectively assigned to the Assembly when the Hand record ID is added onto the Assembly Form. During that process we want to copy the checkbox from the Assembly record to also display on the associated Hand record.

Just noticed, this is then ordered by Probability (Not Internal ID). Our issue is we have different Statuses based on different markets we are in. So Probability doesn't really work that well for us.

Hi All, I can't get this to work! We've labelled them in an order (still needs some work as we probably need to add some zero's) though in the menu when on the Customer Entity the Drop Down list is ordered differently; I believe by the Internal ID maybe?
