Well I am the president of the Boston group. The user groups are not actually affiliated with Oracle. In my case it is the Shipping Center so this must be a bug that effects all centers and all custom roles. The answer of change to the Classic interface, simply does not work for this client. It would require retraining of staff and updates to training and onboarding materials. which would cost the customer much time and…
