When you use the Resource Allocation, you are directing NetSuite to create an Allocation Time. That's how the Resource Allocation works in NetSuite. If you don't want Allocation Time Entries to be created, you shouldn't use the Resource Allocation feature in NetSuite.

Hey @GauravAgrawal, Are you referring to "system-generated RevRec Journals"? If yes, then the UE script won't trigger on that, and you would need to build an M/R script.

Yes, you can use that workaround, as relying on the native functionality is preferred. As you mentioned, with this method, the name of the attachment can't be modified, which hopefully isn't a major issue.

Would you be able to replicate this issue in your Sandbox environment? If you clear the "Enable Accounting Period Window" preference, save the page, then re-enable it, that may resolve the issue. It would be best to test this in the Sandbox first.

Hey @SheryK, You can send Marketing Campaigns to Customer/Contact Groups. You can create a dynamic Customer/Contact Group that uses a Saved Search, which uses Custom Fields for marketing email addresses.

Hey @ShaunH, That's a standard behavior of many of NetSuite's canned reports. It shows the employee's supervisor/hierarchy. You can build a similar report via Saved Search, where you will have more flexibility on choosing what information to display and in what format.

Hey @User_2SP2C, You can create an Exempt Tax Rate Type in SuiteTax. If you split the amount into two lines, you should be able to set the line with 20% of the amount as exempt. SuiteTax can't do that automatically if the line amount isn't split.

Hey @Jayben Fung, The native scheduling method is easier to set up, but it has limitations, such as the inability to combine multiple reports into a single email. With SuiteScript, you will have much more flexibility.
