Is is still true that if one "Upgrades to Reference Cart" that they loose PayPal? Is the "Reference Cart" still a beta version?

This worked with xxxxx being your actual resellerratings.com seller ID ... <!-- Start resellerratings Code --> <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://www.resellerratings.com/images/js/dhtml_survey.css" type="text/css" /> <script type="text/javascript"> seller_id = xxxxx; __rr_inv =…

Take it from me, go back to the original checkout until it's taken out of Beta. Solid advise, but I hope the Beta regulars don't follow your suggestion. I know I personally follow the "late adoption" principal, but I want others to jump in feet first right away. I fear that NetSuite depends on the horrid experiences of…

Can this be done? Buy ONE Item from saved search A and ONE Item from saved search B (on the same order) and save $40. How? I see how to make it item specific (to items in a saved search), but not a way to make it require ONE item from two different lists. -Tom

I see the example/demo where it shows a price based on the number of letters, but how does that price become the price that is then charged for that item when it is added to the shopping cart? What netsuite item would you use that would accepts the dynamic pricing in the cart. _Tom

I'm not a programmer. Do you want to do it? Email me a price. -T

We successfully implemented the cart, scripts, etc, but the promo code issue was too messy so we retreated. Never again... Thank you for enduring such pain for the common good. NS, shame on you for consistently dishing out such pain to those brave unpaid beta testers. We quit early adopting anything because I refuse to pay…

Do you let your customers pay with PayPal? If so, then it is a "no go".

Is there an easy way (or any way) to have NetSuite charge per letter entered on a WEB-STORE item with a custom field for the user to enter their item's monogram? In fact, in our case the item has zero cost and the only charge is for the letters entered ...which are $3 per letter entered. Thanks, Tom

I need to use free shipping for a group of about 1,500 items. We've got about 7,000 items. So, how can I specify those 1,500 items without doing it manually?? There should be a filter, like "all items displayed in XYZ web-store category" or "all items with XYZ preferred vendor" or it could use the resulting items from a…

See... http://www.google.com/trustedstores/merchants/platforms.html NS, will the NetSuite logo be added to that page any time soon?
-
Free shipping is still a "no go" for us. We've got one pound items and we've got one thousand pound items. As is, a customer could add the one pound item to their cart and get free shipping on the one thousand pound item. T

go-data-feed quit importing our feed starting back on November 7th. Did something change at NetSuite? It no longer accepts our item "Category" field. Is anyone else using go-data-feed experiencing the same issue? Thanks, Tom
-
We started with Set-Up->Website->Product feeds->GoogleBase ....but then we edited and saved as "custom product feed". I also made another product feed to find items that were recently removed from our WebStore. I use that feed to change a variable in our database to "include in feed = No". We do export matrix items, but…

godatafeed is working OK for us. Did anyone do the Analytics/tracking code for godatafeed? If so, can you share your store check-out code for setting the Javascript variable <gdf_orderTotal>? Thanks, Tom

We use feedperfect.com

It started working for about a month and now it is broken again! go-data-feed says that their logs indicate the following: "Permission Violation: You need the 'Lists -> Items' permission to access this page. Please contact your NetSuite account administrator." Well, their NetSuite role does have access to items and item…

We just set up a trial account with them last week. Had the same issue with setting up the Netsuite user as per their instructions. Yea, NS basically told me that this is a NetSuite flaw involving one user (same email and log-in credentials) being used at multiple NS companies. NetSuite support said... I checked this email…
-
Did you see.... http://www.godatafeed.com/supportedecommerce.aspx?sp=netsuite We might have to check them out. Currently we have to export from NS and then import into feedperfect. Actually, we export/import/export/upload. This is becasue we import the NS dowload file into an in-house filemaker database that has many…

Great comments Andrew. Some went over my head, but great none the less. Sounds like both the feature list and the under the hood "workings" are both antiquated. Did you notice that the "new release portlet" on the dashboard didn't even have a bullet point for anything ecom related? I've always thought it was ridiculous…
-
I've always thought NS was deficient in its offerings of "canned" ecom features. EG: I don't read a new NS release and say "look, a new suitScript programming capability is available and now I can finally build my own webStore Faceted Navigation feature". No, I just look and see if they now have a canned webStore Faceted…

Hey that worked! I had tried it wrapping it in a <div>, but not in its own table. Also, just curious what your 31066 is for. We named it something else, but was curious if there was logic behind using a specific numbering when naming that div ID and table class ID.

Is the only way to implement or use this mean you have to hire a "certified" developer or NetSuite professional services to even touch the SuiteCommerce module? Or do you have to go through some pricey training before using this new module? In the "Great Auntie Gertrude" thread, Evan mentions that site customization…

dterra, First, I have to say that I'm VERY happy that you're engaging with us on this topic. Thank you. You say: plug and play sounds great but with a platform that works like that it becomes a problem in the long run, because you loose total control of what can and cannot be done I'll gladly take that loss of control over…

As for eCommerce specifically, stay tuned for the next 6 months, because you will see new features released that I am sure will make you very happy. Stay tuned. If I had a dollar for every time... Why it seems like just yesterday when I read this... You will be pleased when you see the innovative and groundbreaking changes…

I think that you have to look at other features also, like Single Use Coupon Code, ability to Import WebSite Categories via CSV... I thought that the ability to Import WebSite Categories via CSV didn't exist in NetSuite. Did I miss a memo?

I just tried signing up with GoDataFeed. Their instructions have you creating a new employee user that only has access via a "WebServices only" role. The user should have the email address suport@GoDataFeed.com. Anyhow, it didn't work. NetSuite kept coming up with an error that says... Notice: The password cannot be…

Hi MCWong, You can check the help topic Site Category Import for more details. Chris The NetSuite help topic for help with "Site Category Import" is currently a broken link. -Tom
