Just an update Michelle Jabanes! Our NetSuite partners found the solution! Come to find out, I needed to uncheck the last person on the list, as the other duplicates were not showing on the same page. So, if I mark all as dup and uncheck the bottom person, it works! This is resolved now. Thank you!

Yes @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle! Here is a screenshot showing the field is not hidden. Please note, there is no sales activity showing, as this is a test customer I created yesterday. I'm looking to hide the field altogether. I have undeployed the script (screenshot included too).

I just undeployed the script. Logged out and back in and cleared and emptied my cache and the Last Sales Activity link is still showing? I went back into the script deployment and don't see any additional options that would help me hide that button. Any ideas Kristoffer Viray-Oracle? Thank you!

Hey there Gaurav_NS! Yes, I am able to un check the deployed box. I just know sometimes there are other functions that are afftect that i may be unaware of. Just keeping that in mind. Thank you!

This is very helpful! Once I realized I needed to do this process from the button workflow and not a new workflow, I focused on that. Then, I also forgot to suspend the additional workflow I was testing on it at the same time. Once that conflicting workflow was cancelled this solution worked perfectly! Thank you so much!
