How to set the Email Message default to NOT include transaction?
Hey there Community!
I would like to have the default for email templates NOT include the transaction. Our template covers what needs to be included. I'm not interested in attaching pdf or html. I just don't want it included at all and would love that to default as unchecked.
I'm not finding any information on how to do this globally. We can do it individually one at a time. However, would love to keep the team from needing to remember to uncheck that every time. Thank you for any guidance!
