Hi @Angela Bayliss Confirmed they can access the file cabinet, and have more perms, related and unrelated to the role that can see the files section on customers. I am close to just rebuilding the role outright.

Yes, tried that before responding here. Unfortunately support cases are less than helpful as they refuse to answer questions they deem not critical.
