I think we are good moving forward, existing customers has their sales orders (before an item is selected) defaulting to UPS Ground however, my test customer defaults to USPS. I'm not sure if it's due to past transactions or not.

Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle We do have it set up as UPS Ground but that doesn't seem to pull in which is weird. This change has just happened since over the weekend when we implemented USPS on our list.

That would make sense, why we were getting an error. But when I left roles without an SAML login they could log in but all of their SAML roles would disappear from options to switch to. I did remove all SAML permission from the roles so that users day to day wouldn't be impacted.

Yup, our non-saml roles will be fine and we'll continue using the same login page. I just wanted to verify there wasn't anything extra or a specific site/path we had to use with the SAML roles.

Is there a specific URL we should go to then to access netsuite?

So regarding the SAML roles there shouldn't be anything else we need to do after logging into our computers since we are using our login from that?
