@Shiela Marie Villaluz-Oracle thank you for your response. But the scenario in the client is that the PO is not a service item. It is an inventoriable item. They just have an internal agreement with the supplier to bill them based on percentage but not necessarily mean equal to the item received.

@Angela Bayliss for example below, Alex Miramontes is inactive but still allow to select. The customer wanted only active employees are available in the selection. What I'm thinking is to exclude (not equal to) them manually if there is no other way around.

Hi @Shorin Rio Daa-Oracle, The step is the normal way to delete the record. Click Edit in Item Fulfillment In Action, click Delete This is the first time that they raise this kind of concern. We follow the available solution in SuiteAnswer ID 76745 but still the same.
