I am experiencing the same issue using partner roles. We have 20 users under access, with unique email and password. They are logging each other out every minute. Has anyone solved this?

I am interested in 8x8 for your phone software. I had an issue with five9 however, when it came to logging the calls. Our company imports our leads, and we have many cases where there are multiple contact records for an individual.
