Hi, Yes, you are correct on what I meant by excluding weekends and holidays in terms of the count interval in the item record. We have the count interval set at 60- so that each item gets counted every 60 days along with we do a monthly count of all items. So the next count day in the item field should not include weekends…

I just received this email from NetSuite but we are still having problems and even worst than earlier. At least earlier it took time to do something but it would eventually work now you wait and wait and wait but then errors out. Ugh!!!

Yes, extremely slow here too, receiving Page Unresponsive message while in a Sales Order..You can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page.

Apparently there is a defect and a Defect# 443832 has been filed. Hope it gets resolved soon...this is a hassle for the online orders we receive.

What if I create a non inventory item of write off and choose the bade debt expense acct for the item, then create an invoice for using the write off item number and enter the amount of the credit memo, then apply the invoice to the credit memo? Does this sound right?

Is there a simple way of finding out what permissions are needed for certain areas on a page? Meaning...they already had access to enter new Cases but what they didn't have access was the "Insert Solutions" Part in the New Case Form. Which I granted them access to Knowledge Base and that seemed to do the trick. Carlyn

Ahhh...so I am not the only one this happens to..the delay in permission changes. Thanks so much for the useful trick help for confirming which permission to grant. I spend so much time at times trying to figure out which permission it is. So, thanks again I greatly appreciate it. Carlyn

Thanks, I tried that...I gave them full access to lists>knowledge base and it still doesn't show up for them. Not sure what is going on.

Well...now I am really not sure what is going on. But I changed the role back to none for Lists>Knowledge and then saved it. Logged off, signed on again as Administrator granted them full access to Lists>Knowledge saved it, logged off and logged on as their role and it is now working. Go figure! Thanks for your help! Yes, I am. We used to use UPS Worldship and they provided an End Of Day report with one bar scan for the driver to scan. We would like to know how to do this in NetSuite.

What was the fix? We are unable to print any labels from FedEx regardless of the type shipment. Dummy me can't seem to remember where to find the NetSuite Defects...can someone please refresh my memory. Thanks!

Attached is a screen shot of our Custom Picking Ticket for our other company that has the field Bin Number and Serial Number. But for our other company the fields do not appear. HELP!!!

I just saw where the problem is but I am drawing a blank on how to fix it. It appears that our custom form Pick Tickets somehow changed and it doesn't have the bin number field to add to print on the ticket. And I see it doesn't have the serial number field to print on the pick ticket as well. Not sure why this changed…
