We have had the same issue. The problem lies in the item fulfillment, you can not change the customer name on it. (we have put in a request) When you change the name on invoice it no longer ties to the fulfillment and the fulfillment will also be in pending bill status. My 940 has auto filled today BUT, line 4 is empty it should have the amount paid into cafeteria plans section 125 pretax contributions by employees and the fringe benefits box checked. I have contacted support but no solution. How can i make sure that FUTA and SUTA not being calculated on pretax amounts. ANY SUGGESTIONS?…

Was wondering also WHY does it take so long for the new form??? Waiting on the 940 2013 form. Also my 941Q is putting a very high random number in the additional medicare box and we have not a one employee that got any where near the threshold. Any help out there?

Damon, I dont know if this will help. In the company setup, enable features there is an option to choose from "Advanced Features" "Advanced Taxes" Track taxes for multiple nexuses, and use tax schedules to determine the tax treatment of items sold in each nexus.
