At this point their own Personal / Company hosted Web site. I know you can create a Case on line, and that can turn into an RMA. But looking to see if "standard" could be to create a RMA directly. I don't know SCA that well, can this create an RMA directly?

Hi Again, yes, that is true, I'll run that by them as an option. Thank you.

Hi Joy, Thank you for that thought, but the issue is there are more than a couple of lines on a Sales Order, could be 10 or 20 lines of actual products, so adding a discount per line, would make the sales order, very long and add a lot of data entry. They are planning on using the over all discount on the order.

Hello Mikko, possibly. Let's see if anyone else has any other thoughts on how to solve this.
-
Unfortunately, that is what I was thinking to. It is sort of amazing that this isn't a bigger issue and more people are not complaining about it. I've gone to one of the NetSuite product managers to see if this enhancement could be at least considered for future product. We will see. Thought I would try here and see if…

I was not excited to hear there isn't any other way to do this, but yes, at this point, I'm ok. I'll answer this question as "yes".
-
Perfect thank you. That does make sense, thank you for reminding me that this functionality can do this for non-serialized items.

Hello, I know I can do an inventory adjustment using a CSV import. That was not my question. My question was "How to change the Average Cost of an item, once there is existing inventory on hand and Transactions?" The only way I know how to do this is with an Inventory Adjustment. Are there any other ways to do this that I…

Hello, Thanks Joy, yes that is the search that I was using. It does show the specific cost for a serialized - specific costed item, but the issue is as noted in the limitation, there isn't much you can do with it after that. Until that is changed, I think the only way I can move forward with this, is to have a custom /…

Hello, Yes, at this point, I believe this information has helped me solve the issue I was running into. Thanks for all contributors help.

Ok, thank you, I did some additional research and found if the printer has a "print" button, that can export the weight to an Excel file. So if it can go into Excel, no reason why it couldn't go into NetSuite. Thanks for the help with this.
-
Hello, thank you for getting back to me. But my question is around an external scale, physically weighing of the packages, and having that push that actual value into NetSuite. Customer who currently use UPS integration usually have a dedicated computer and a scale that they weight their products before shipment. With that…

Hello, that helped some. But the fields seem to be mislabeled. On the Company Information the VAT Registration No is what needed to be populated. After digging deeper into this, it is getting more complicated. We are trying to ship via FedEx in a Sandbox. Yes that configuration has been completed. Now we are getting an…
