@Angela Bayliss no worries at all! Yes, the implementation steps can be a bit hard to follow at first, so it’s understandable. I’m not sure if this is the one you’ve been using, but this one has been helpful so far: NetSuite SuiteTax Engine Setup Guide. It provides a more detailed setup and may help along the way :)
