I totally relate that's typically the reason why I use workbooks! for the more complex joining fields! 😄

I agree the simplest way to go about it. The formulas can be tricky at first but it's a nice journey to be able to create a formula and get your desired result. Do you have a formula or sql function that changed your life?

I also like using all those three. I tend to use saved search more often since its more customizable than the native reports, the workbooks I rarely use but I also like its features!

Also I saw that you have been using NetSuite for quite a long time now. Do you have any advice to those who are having a hard time with saved searches and reports?

Hi @Angela Bayliss! Since we cannot source the inventory details in item record in saved searches, we are thinking of creating a custom field in the item record for lot numbers. Is that okay? Is that advisable?

@User_W2WGP I do think the suggested workaround will also work on those tables. Have you tried them?
