Hello @User_64PY4, I'm not exactly sure how this article is written. Script deployment records do not have these fields mentioned here by default. It could be using a SuiteApp or SuiteBundle and is not an out-of-the-box solution.

Hi @User_YBFP8, It is possible that it timed out, however, I could not say for sure because gurus do not have the tools to check the ticket number. I suggest that you check this with support. Provide them the ticket number and the query you used for them to check it with their tools.
