Hello @C RAO, Good day. Using Customer Part Numbers (CPN) in the UI is most likely working because of a client script in the background that automatically searches for the item ID of the CPN you input. Hello @User_75YL8, Thank you for the clarification! I checked but the Script Deployment is not available for CSV Imports. I am currently in progress with the verification if adding a role in the Audience subtab of the Script Deployment Records can be done using a script. I'll get back to you once I have the results. Thanks!

Hello @User_MIXTJ, Good day! As of now, it is not possible to use the GET operation to fetch a list of campaign records. It is still in beta therefore this functionality might be added later on. In the meantime, you may want to consider using the SuiteQL feature for REST API and post a query request with something like:…

Hi @User_BHLPU, If the script in your previous comment is deployed to the sales order record, I suggest using the beforeSubmit instead of the afterSubmit. I tested it and it worked on my end without any major changes to the script. I hope this helps!

Hi @gracecan, Can you please send some screenshots so that we can visualize it better? It would also be helpful if you could provide the snippet of the script you're working on. Thanks!
