Hi Greg, It looks like the feature is not provisioned to your account. You need to reach out to your account manager if you opt to have this feature provisioned to your account. Without this feature, it seems that this is a current system limitation in the Item Saved Search: Enhancement # 550450: Item Search > Ability to…
-
Hi Greg, Can you check if the 'Sell Downloadable Files' feature is enabled on the account? You can find this under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Items & Inventory. Based on my testing, the File Fields... is available in the Item Saved Search if this feature is enabled. -Ivy ========================= If you find this…
-
Hi @User_4IT82, I checked this on my test account and was able to use 'File Fields...' in an Item Saved Search. Is this not visible on for you? Here's a little trick I can share with you when searching for fields in saved search dropdowns: you can also use your browser's 'Find' function to search for keywords even in…

Hi Asher, Here are the criteria, results and filters tab of the Inventory Balance saved search I created: Criteria tab: Results tab: Available Filters tab: And here is a gif image which shows the results when the search is ran: The only scenarios I can think of that can cause no results is either: There is more than 1…

Hi @Shahid Ansari, Per checking, there is no standard functionality in NetSuite that can automatically populate the Unit Price in the Sales Order based on the Location Average Cost in the Item Record. I have internally coordinated this and confirmed that this functionality is possible by using scripts. We suggest to reach…

Hi Nicole, You can add the Landed Costs in the Landed Costs tab of the Inbound Shipment records. (SuiteAnswers 65620) You can also link the Bill in the Landed Cost tab of the Item Receipt. (SuiteAnswers 37772 or SuiteAnswers 40202) However, it is not yet possible to link the Bill to the Inbound Shipment record. This is…

Hi @417PM, For your first point, please try using this in the Results tab: *Formula used: Total Increase: CASE WHEN {location} = {itemnumber.location} AND {serialnumberquantity} > 0 THEN {serialnumberquantity} ELSE 0 END Total Decrease: CASE WHEN {location} = {itemnumber.location} AND {serialnumberquantity} < 0 THEN…

Hi @LavenderBlue, Per checking on my end, I noted that the ability to increase the decimal precision for the Landed Cost in the Item Receipt is not yet possible in the system. Here are some enhancements requesting for this: Enhancement # 15971: Allow more than 2 decimal places for Amount on transactions Enhancement #…

Hi Asher, Which one did you do? (1) Press Enter OR (2) press Tab on the keyboard?

Hi @Shahid Ansari, When the Advanced Bill of Materials feature is enabled, the Item record for assemblies is called simply "Assembly". If the Advanced Bill of Materials feature is disabled, the Item record for assemblies is called "Assembly/Bill of Materials". Hope this clarifies your concern. ? =========================…
-
Thanks Mikko! ----- Hi there @Shahid Ansari, Kindly check if the Advanced Bill of Materials feature is enabled in the Production account. Once this feature is enabled, the Advanced BOM record replaces the Assembly/Bill of Materials record. This means that the Assembly and Bill of Materials become separate records. You can…

Hi @User_G2AF5, Glad to have you with us today and thank you for creating another thread in our community! Usually, Line ID = 0 is the Main Line of the transaction. However, for Item Fulfillment transactions, as per design, there is no separate "Main Line" thus the first line (Line ID 0) is being considered the main line.…

I sent you a private message with a link of the file you sent which I converted to a CSV (Comma delimited) format. Kindly try that and check if it will still give an error.
-
I noticed that the file was saved as CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) format. Kindly try to save the file as CSV (Comma delimited) format then check if the import will still result in an error.
-
I saw your private message and I downloaded the file. Let me test it on my end, and I'll update you in this thread.

Hi @farrago, Are you doing the import via (1) Setup > Import/Export or via (2) Vendor Record > Financial tab > Items subtab > Import Price List button? I tried (2) in my test account, but was unable to reproduce the error you mentioned. Can you also provide the CSV file you were using?

I think we can achieve it by using expressions in the Criteria. We can look for those items with Location Available Qty equal to or less than 0 OR Location Available Qty is less than the Location Safety Stock Level. Here's the revised Criteria for this: Make sure that the Use Expressions checkbox is marked. Also, the…

Hi there @Tybrneryan, I have checked this on my end, and noted that the main function of the Engineering Change Order records is to document changes to your Bills of Materials (BOMs) and authorize the implementation of those changes. It does not support creating new items with their own name/IDs and specific BOM. I also…
