Hello @BWM- Shem, Can you try clicking on the hyperlink in the Quantity on Shipments column? Clicking this should route you to a shipment detail page and clicking the Shipment Number will direct you to the Inbound Shipment record. If this is not the case, kindly send a screenshot of the page you are routed to. You may also…

Hi @BWM- Shem, Thanks for creating another thread here in our community! That is the behavior when a Purchase Order item line has a related Inbound Shipment. You can actually click the link in the Quantity on Shipments column on the item line to view the related Inbound Shipment record. Hope this clarifies your concern! ?…

Hi Asher, I checked this on my test account and it seems that the forms that are appearing in the list for the Packing List Form field are those which are from the navigational path: Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms. If you click on Edit in the Packing Slip Form, you can then select the Print Template that you…

Thanks Jack! Hi @lilywu, I tested this in my test account and got the same behavior. I also tried editing in the UI and adding trailing spaces in the Item Name and UPC Code but the system automatically removes the spaces upon saving the record. It seems like this is currently the standard behavior of the system. To request…

Hi @Jay Schwausch, Based on your criteria, I assume that you are only searching for transactions with Location = PRI - HOUSTON WH. If you only want to look at the Qty On Order in only one location, you should also add the Criteria: Item : Inventory Location is PRI - HOUSTON WH Without this criteria, the system looks at the…

Hi @BWM- Shem, You can try using a Formula (Currency) field with the formula: CASE WHEN {type} = 'Payment' THEN {amount} ELSE 0 END CASE WHEN {type} = 'Invoice' THEN {amount} ELSE 0 END CASE WHEN {type} = 'Credit Memo' THEN {amount} ELSE 0 END CASE WHEN {type} = 'Cash Sale' THEN {amount} ELSE 0 END Here's how the results…

Hi @User_IV3EE, Do you have a custom field on the PO which pulls the ID of the Item Receipt? This means that the field should exist in the…

Hi @Asher_123, I have tested this on my test account, and got the same behavior.
