The search results will pull all items that match the Criteria that you set. If you can share examples/screenshots of items that match the criteria and you expect to see in the search results but is not included, then maybe we can further troubleshoot.

Hi @Nickey, It's possible that the quantity on order issue is specific to your account if there are no open orders for the item. We have a tool in place that runs periodically to address common data problems with inventory quantities on item records. However, the frequency of the tool's run depends on the account and might…

Hi @Varonis inc., Are you referring to the Line ID in CSV Import Mapping? For Invoice type, you can try Order Line instead. Hope this helps.
-
Can you elaborate on "If I do a Status: Work Order Released for the critieria, and use {quantity} in the formula, the results are only of anything on a work order, which is not real useful."? If you want to get only the quantity of the Assembly item to be built, then you need to add Main Line = True as a Criteria as well.…

Hi @User_C6XDE, Thank you for posting your question in the NetSuite Support Community. You can check the following SuiteAnswers articles about WMS Roles and Permissions: Warehouse Management Roles Warehouse Management Permissions Assigning Custom Roles to Custom Mobile Processes Hope this helps!

You can play around with using AND/OR until you get your desired results. Based on the criteria I provided, the results are expected to show the ff: AND - Items wherein BOTH the Season is not Discontinued Products AND the Location Qty On Hand + Location Qty On Order is greater than 0 OR - Items wherein EITHER the Season is…

Hi @KR Mike, Try this in Formula(Text): REGEXP_SUBSTR({custitem41}, '<ShippedBy>.*')

Hi @Sheene Lim-Oracle, You can use this in your Criteria: Depending on your need, you can select AND instead of OR. Note that the correct use of Not, Parenthesis, and AND/OR is critical when defining the logic of your expressions. AND means that all of the criteria that you have should be true while using OR (when placed…
-
Also, what is the correct logic of what you want to exclude? A. Season - "Discontinued Products" OR "Location on hand" + "Location on Order" = 0 B. Season - "Discontinued Products" AND "Location on hand" + "Location on Order" = 0

Hi tech work, Kindly provide the requested information so we can proceed with investigating this. Thanks!

I agree with @Edwards_05. You can set up different addresses per Location. However, on a company level, you can only have one. I did find a Enhancement # 103600 related to this. You can vote for this enhancement request in the SuiteIdeas page.

Hello @User_R0L8N, We do have NetSuite WMS, but this is also limited to warehouse management only, and doesn't cover scanning items for over the counter sales. There is NSPOS available for your POS needs. You can check SuiteAnswers 76380 for an overview, or reach out to your account manager for more information about this.
-
Thanks for your insights @Christopher Williams! --- Hi @NoshinYZNetSuite-Oracle, I agree with Christopher that the initial formula you provided is picking up both of those dates and giving you the maximum value. Since your search results are grouped (I assume by Item), then it is still getting the values of all the…

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, If you want to add it to your Criteria, you can use a Formula (Numeric) field, and set it to "not empty". Here's screenshot of what it should look like:

Hi @User_FL4CK, Can you clarify what you mean by "Ship To Address" please? Is it the Address in the Customer record, in the Location record, or in the Company Information (Setup > Company > Company Information)?
