Hi @impactPP, Oracle is aware of this issue and a fix is added to version 24.07, to be deployed to Production on 3rd Friday of the month. At the moment, you may try testing version 24.07 by creating a manifest file using your Test instance.

Hi @T_Dunbarger, It seems like you opened the Rules page under Create and Manage instead of the one under Tools. There is a slight difference on how the rules are being presented on each page so you might find the rule by opening the correct page. The rule mentioned (ADMIN - Clear Employee Details and Amounts rule) isn't…
