Thanks, but I cannot use overwrite sublists - see example in my original post.

The root cause is that the notes table is not mapped for the SuiteAnalytics connector. It appears progress is being made to get the memo field. I was told a separate ticket needed to be submitted for each field that needs to be mapped, which is very time-consuming.

Hi, I have a ticket open with NS Support. They are passing it on to the technical support team.
-
Hi, I appreciate the reply, but it does not address my questions. The available joins do not return historical user notes. For example, joining the entity from the note table returns the customer record information, not the historical user notes associated with the customer. Unfortunately, none of the tickets listed…

I am following up on this thread because we are migrating to the NetSuite2/SuiteAnalytics connector. We cannot access the information in the old user notes table either. The tickets above seem to reference notes data access in general or access to the memo fields on the joined table (i.e. customer, transaction, etc.) I…

Where can I find documentation on what areas are part of this 'new UI'?
-
Thank you @User_K4WQA . Unfortunately, the overhead of creating all the additional custom fields outweights the UI benefits. Plus, I don't know how this solution will work since the custom fields are multi-select fields based on the custom record fields. I have included an example of the setup below. As you can see from…

Thank you. The title of this one is "Ability to generate a list of users who are currently logged in to NetSuite." I don't see any other information on it. The title isn't really indicative of the request because we can already get a list of users currently logged into NetSuite. Is there any other information on the…

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thanks for the info! I'm not sure how this SuiteAnswer relates to my request? It appears 157150 is a request for an API hook to retrieve Active Users. Please let me know if I am missing something. I can retrieve users who are logged in via the Login Audit Trail search. What we need to know is if a…

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I have the same question. I have looked at the audit trail search options and am not seeing a field that indicates the user's last activity date/time, only the login date/time. For security & compliance purposes, we are wanting to track whether or not the user is actively logged in and not dormant…

It is not from a bundle. I stated in both tickets that these are related to custom fields we created.
-
No - they are not from a bundle. They are custom record fields.
-
Yes, we could do that but I don't think we want to use a custom field in this instance. Thanks for confirming that I am not able to add different fields to this list.
-
It is not a custom field.

Hi Johanna, The issue was related to the role I was using in the ODBC setup. If you use and Administrator role, all objects are not exposed. No idea why - that's just the way it is.
-
Hello - no, this issue isn't resolved. I am using the Administrator role to access the tables via the NetSuite/SuiteAnalytics ODBC connector. There is no file table in the linked table options. I also looked for every other permutation of file I could think of including mediaitem, document, etc. If this isn't available…

I did make a change to the permissions but haven't had a chance to review yet. I will post back when / if this resolves the issue. Thank you for checking in!

@Ivy Lopez-Oracle Hi - I haven't received a response yet?
-
This worked! Thanks again.
-
Thank you Leonard. I will try this later this afternoon and let you know. I really appreciate the help.
-
Thank you! Do you happen to know what permission allows a role to create a shortcut this way? The user roles do not have this option.
-
I just ran into this several times when trying to update the LSA date. I don't know if it was a timeout or data issue. Frustrating...

Thank you. I did vote.

I need to be able to replace the hardcoded number of days in the formula. Adding a filter could apply the criteria to the results but it won't change the hardcoded count of messages in the formula. For example, let's say I set my filter to show message dates April 1 through August 1. . The formula would still limit the…

Did you get an output using the formulas provided? Yes What type of saved search did you use? Customer based search Can you please tell us the use case of the saved search? Do you want to get the total count of messages sent to a customer and the number of phone calls made within a month? It is for a sales manager…

This is interesting. I think your last post answered my question. Thank you.
-
I don't think the dashboard is the issue because when I try to set up the portlet - the saved search is not available to select.
-
I can edit and view the saved search without the administrator role being added to the audience. I cannot access it via the portlet. I've attached a couple of screenshots below. Thanks for your help!

No, we are not a OneWorld account.

Hi there, we are using the standard administrator role. Yes, the same issue happens when we remove the default administrator from the saved searches. These were employee searches.
