Hi @Vernita You cannot cancel a sales order that was created by you in the administrator role. Try once in some other role and try to approve the SO from Administrator role. Then CANCEL Order Button pops up

Hi @User_MP4W2 The posting period automatically populates based on the transaction date. So, it's not possible to find posting period error unless we override it.

Hi @Javier P. If your transactions don't involve multiple departments activate the main line department. But If you need to track departmental details for each item within a transaction, activate the transaction line department.

Hi @User_A8ZG8 Use the steps below 1. Go to Items. 2. Locate the item record for the component you want to manage rounding for. 3. Click on the Purchasing/Inventory subtab. 4. In the Inventory Management section, look for the setting called Round Up Quantity as Component Make sure the box is not checked.

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA I think you have created the currency exchange rate manually. So, it shows as "1" in exchange rate. Please check once.

Hi @Javier P. , I can't able to understand the scenario. But i feel like this is the outline for the workflow. Don't complicate too much and Try this with Approver 1 with approval level for greater amount while with approver 2 as intermediate to approve lesser amount. Hope this will give some clarity, but I'm not sure.

Hi @Javier P. You can achieve this by triggering workflow according to the amount. Example: If the PO is above 1000, Need two approver to approver. But if the PO is less than 1000, Just trigger it with final approver. Clearly define the approval limit in workflow to bypass 1st approver
