Hi -- I am told there is an enhancement request filed. Sorry I dont know the the number. The field labels now have the option to have a sticky note, which makes it pop up all over the place. My staff want me to uninstall the bundle as it's driving them crazy.

That enhancement number does not exist, as far as I can tell. Please provide additional hints so I can find and vote. Thanks

Hi I have a similar question. I am set up to receive: Alert: New Lead Search (Record Created) anytime a person adds themselves to our system via an online form. I would like to add fields to this alert. I looked at the templates mentioned above, but did not see the alert I receive. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Kathy

At least 3 of us cant get into either system or system2 into our account. I have admin role and cant get in to open a case. It says The account you are trying to access is currently unavailable Anyone else? Any suggestions? Its been about 3 hours already. Status.netsuite.com does not show any issues. Thanks

I cant get this report to run. The screen where the results should go is just empty. Its an out of the box report. Worked last month when we needed it. Sales Tax Liability by Tax Item using explorer. Tried on 2 machines, 2 users, live and scheduled, Nothing. Any ideas?

We have been experiencing speed issues since our latest update in late September. it is very detrimental to our business. Saving transactions is slower, and sometimes times out. Searches that have been working for years are no longer. Scripts that bundle searches are timing out. Our partner filed a defect but its an S2.
