Thanks Chris. I checked and the only workflow is to set a custom form. Is there a way to see if a script is messing with it? I even see on one order where the shipping charge still held on the IF but never made it to the SO. Netsuite Gremlins are driving me bonkers.

We actually figured out the SUM was causing the issue. We changed to Maximum and it corrected the report.
