Shamaine, We are using Acudor Customer form. But I tried to do with Standard Customer form. same thing happened. May be we have something in our account which is not letting us upload the CSV. thank you so much for your help. Kind regards, Meherin

Hi Shamaine, Thank you so much. I saw only one workflow that I created. but it is not related to shipping method. I inactive the workflow and tried but still that mapping failed. Does any of this might effect? Please let me know
