Hi @Dext3r, NetSuite doesn’t natively auto-disable a promotion when item inventory hits zero. As a workaround, you can create a saved search for the items that are on promotion, set a reminder, or configure an email notification once the inventory reaches zero. I hope this answers our question.

Hi @User_1D0ZP, Updating the owner field of multiple saved searches is logged under enhancement #246834 User would like the 'Administrator' to be able to transfer the ownership of the custom saved searches massively. As a workaround, you can create a saved search and filter by owner to manually update the search.
