Hi @User_Q1DPO, You can do this through workflow. See SuiteAnswers ID 66731 as a reference on how to create a workflow. Also, as previously mentioned in your other thread, you can use a script. If this is dunning, you can check out the workaround posted in this thread below.

Hi @BM136 The ability to separate permission for global and saved searches is logged under enhancement request #415347. As a workaround, you need to review each saved search and add a restriction. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.
