Can you try to recreate the role and check if the user who is intended not to see the report won't be able to access it? I am thinking that there might be something wrong/broken in this role, as I can successfully restrict a user in my testing.

Please ask the user to clear her browser's cache, close the entire browser, and open a new one. Please let me know if that user can no longer access the report.

Hi @User_Q1DPO As per checking, there is no other documentation that states the exact time of the day that the system will update the snapshots. It would be best to comment on this question in the SuiteAnswers article so it will be checked further.

Hi @User_LBSJG It seems that the user is asking you to grant him an access to Reconcile Reporting. Navigate to the Spark Rwanda (FO) custom role > Permissions > Reporting > Add Reconcile Reporting.

Hi @User_9DZCA, This is because of the Auto-generated numbers enabled. Navigate to Setup > Company > Auto-Generated Numbers. When the Auto-Generated Numbers feature is disabled: The customer name is stored in the Customer ID field. See SuiteAnswers ID: 105280.

Hi @MTL_MIA, Only estimates that are marked to be included in forecasts appear on the pipeline report, and only opportunities that have not been converted to estimates appear on the report. I agree with @Estee. You can create a saved search to include the estimates/quotes generated from Opportunities.

Hi @User_K51C7, Currently, it’s not possible to create an invoice directly from a Partner record. You may need to create a customer record and generate the invoice from there. You can add the customer record under the Partner record’s Relationship tab or associate a partner with a customer or transaction. See SuiteAnswers…
