It seems the Mandatory checkbox was enabled and it contradicts the field setting. Please uncheck it and it should resolve the issue.

Thank you for looking into this, Scott. Other than the email domain, do the customer records have the same value, like company name, address or full email address that we can use to trigger the duplicate detection?

Thank @Gaurav_NS. @User_MHNLE, were you able to select the correct purchase order form? You might want to make it the preferred form to automatically use it when trying to create a new purchase order. You should see the Term field being disabled after using the correct form.

When you save the changes and create a transaction, please make sure to select the correct form. In my example, I set the Status field to Inline Text. Result: Please let me know how it goes.

Hi @Melissa H, This long email address is the NetSuite Inbound Email Address. This is the way to capture the response from the customer and store it in NetSuite. When you reply to the email, it will be sent directly to the transaction or entity record. Please see the screenshots of my testing below. I hope this helps.

Please enable the Detect Duplicates Across Subsidiaries checkbox. This should give you the warning banner that the record may have duplicates.

Hi User_A1Q76, You can add Date fields and set the Summary Types to Minimum and Maximum to get the first in and last out. Result: I hope this helps.

Hi @User_HPB3I, Joe can add Dave as the second assignee in Task 1, and once he changes the status from In Progress to Completed, Dave will also be notified using the saved search email. I consulted this internally and another option to do this is to create a script.

To isolate the issue, if this has something to do with the workflow or sending outbound emails, please manually send an email to the next approver to check if they can receive emails from NetSuite. Then navigate to Setup > Company > Communication > Sent Email List to confirm the status of the message.
