Hi @User_HPB3I, Do you want to sum the amount in the search? If so, you can group the other fields and sun the Transaction : Amount field in the Summary Type column. I hope this helps.

Hi @Manuel Dambo This is possible if the employee record of the user's class field is blank. However, if you only want this to apply to the Transaction record > Communication > Files, you can setup a workflow and make sure that the Execute as Admin checkbox is enabled.
