Hello @Thuy Trang, Can you please confirm if you're using an Administrator role in NetSuite when uploading the script? Per checking, I am afraid that there is no available workaround to let the user view selected subsidiary. Thank you. Michelle Jabanes | Ask a Guru

Thanks @Emilia Ironov-Oracle! Hello Arun, Per checking, campaigns in test drive accounts are excluded from execution and the only way the campaign event status can be "Sent" is that the event was already executed in the account. I do not see an available workaround for this and I would suggest to vote for the said…

Hello Jeroen, Please navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit ZMO – ABC role and make sure to enable Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing. There's really no recommended or required permissions for this kind of role as this will depend on how you want the user to have access to the data. However, please make sure to assign an Administrator role in your NetSuite. Hope this answers your question. ? Thanks, Michelle Jabanes | Ask a Guru
-
Thanks @Shamaine Chan-Oracle! ? Hello @User_YT3D0, You might want to check the System Administrator role. The list of permissions can be found in SuiteAnswers ID 9918 | Standard Roles Permissions Table. Thanks, Michelle Jabanes | Ask a Guru

Are you planning on sending the price increase notification to those customers that already purchased the item or you want to send it to all of your customers regardless if they ordered it or not? I am thinking of a Customer Saved Search and add a criteria. Do you think this will work? Regards, Michelle Jabanes | Ask a Guru

Thanks @Jeff Pineda-Oracle! Hi @Eunice_C, If your account has the Departments feature enabled, you can restrict access to transaction and employee records based on their assigned department values. You can also limit the departments that users can assign to these records. Department restrictions can be defined per user…

Thank you for your update, Paul. You may have successfully tweaked it using the CSV import, however, if an entity unsubscribes to your campaigns, NetSuite unsubscribes any entity record in your account with that entity's email address and this could be the reason why the status will revert back to Confirmed Opt-Out. Please…
-
Hi Paul, When a customer confirmed to opt out the subscription, no one in your company can resubscribe them. Recipients cannot be resubscribed manually on the entity record, or through updates made through CSV import. Only the recipient can choose to resubscribe. Customers can opt in to your campaign email through one of…
