Hi @ImeldaSanchez Log in to Production account as Administrator Navigate to Setup > Company > Sandbox Accounts Note: Sandbox accounts are managed from Production account. In order to check any information regarding Sandbox accounts, request a refresh, or activate a refreshed copy, you have to log in to Production account.

Have you checked if the user has multiple NetSuite accounts? To do so, ask the user to hover their cursor over their name. It's possible that the user is currently logged into a different account, and the link they are trying to access belongs to another NetSuite account.

Thank you, @Wee Ming. Hi @User_KAGURA, users with access to the file cabinet folder can directly drag and drop files. Unfortunately, we cannot determine if a file was detached, as the ability to log file attachments and detachment on a record is part of enhancement #187454.
