Hi @CRATIV_Jason, This happens when there are multiple activities/messages sent out. Have you tried using the Summary Type in the Results tab? Grouping the Names and setting the Date or ID to Maximize. Does it help?

Hi @Richard Appleford OB, You should be using the URL containing the Account Specific Domain (e.g. https://12345.netsuite.com) wherein 12345 reflects the Account ID to ensure that the images will render even if it is sent to a secured network. I hope this helps.
