Hi @kimt, I agree with @Pedro Alegria-Oracle, you need to include Reserve Time = Yes in your CSV file and set Start Time to Date field and End Time to End Date field. For reference, see Answer ID 32034 Event Date and Time Fields. I hope this helps.

Hi @Ivan Babiichuk Aside from the adding all the needed Permissions to the Custom Role, user also needs to check the related script record using Administrator role. You need to locate the script in Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments and navigate to Audience tab and add the Custom Role. I hope this helps.
