Hi @Nickoletta Gounaris, On what page or record are you trying to input the phone number? Is it giving you an error message when you type in the (+) plus sign? Clear your browser's cache and history. Let us know if this helps.

Try using the following criteria. Stage = is any of Customer, Lead, Prospect System Notes : Old Value = contains lead The result shows all customers, regardless of their current stage, that contain 'lead' in the system notes.

Hi Mike, Is there a specific activity or page that the user is on while it keeps logging out? Can you please confirm that the affected users do not share the same login? Apologies. I forgot to indicate that the 2FA is required for the Administrator role and other roles with highly privileged permissions. Where did you get the screenshot, and where is the checkbox exactly located? On the Two-Factor Authentication Roles page, you can only see the Role, Two-Factor Authentication Required, and Duration of Trusted Device columns.
