Hello @CharleneJ, The option is not available in the CSV import. I found a related Enhancement 83248, and I suggest that you vote at SuiteIdeas, and do not forget to include your notes on the specific feature that you would want in the CSV Import of Static Employee Group. I suggest to create a custom field and populate it in the case form and then use the field's custom field ID in the message. In the Case Saved Search, I selected the Item and custom fields. Here's the output. I hope this helps.

Hi @Amjad Kasem, Please confirm that you have access to the Bulk Merge page; however, the supplier group is not available in the dropdown list. If so, navigate to the group record and check if this role is not restricted to the group. Check if the user/role can access the actual supplier and group records.
