Yes. Inventory Number would refer to Serial or lot. In SOAP Web Service, the id would be receiptnventoryNumber/issueInventoryNumber. It depends on the featured enabled on your account. Hi Johan, You can check the ID on the UI by navigating to List -> Accounting -> Items. Then look for the desired item and after choosing go to Inventory Details -> Inventory Numbers subtab. Click the Number and you will be redirected to inventory number record and check the ID on the URL. -Mikko

That said, the coding will be in the NetSuite environment and the information to put on the NetSuite environment(RESTlet script) will come from the 3rd party program(this is where the payload comes). -Mikko
