Thanks Mikko - that's really useful (especially the Spreadsheet). I can see on there the 'Applied To' is available under 'Originates from [Beta]' - but I don't seem to have those available. Do I have to request something to get access to these 'Beta' fields?

We see this occasionally - and my thoughts are that it can depend on the email client being used. We typically see it when staff attempt to respond to NetSuite emails from a mobile device - but its not consistent. I think it might be related to the mobile client also (Outlook or GMail app is generally fine, but some…

Thanks Robert - I wish that had been covered in SuiteSuccess - I would have set up the home pages per role centrally and locked them. Now that the users have had 6 months of being able to customise them, I'm not sure I'd get away with it! It looks like I might be able to use the 'Create a Center Tab' option to add in new…

I'm getting errors in all roles apart from Administrator - could be a permissions issue, but thought I'd mention it in case it was helpful.
-
Excellent - thanks Chris Seems to work fine here..... I know that doesn't help you with your issues (sorry!) We don't have any confidential info in NetSuite yet for staff, but I will check out the permissions etc. Thanks again

Where can I download this? Google search brings up a NetSuite PDF describing it, but I can't find it on SuiteApps or on NetSuite site doing a general search?
-
Sorry to hear it's not working - but if you do get it working in 2019.2 please can you let me know where I can get this from? Looks like it could be interesting / useful

Another frustration I have now found (looking at how to design new centres) is that I can't see a way to move a role to a new Centre Type, and I can find a way to edit the current Centres (Shipping Centre, Sales Centre etc) So even though I think I now know enough to start creating a new Centre with the tabs/menus I want,…

Thanks - if items are set to be 'not fulfilled' then how does this impact invoicing? When would these item lines be available to be invoiced? (Currently item lines are not invoiced until they are shipped)
-
Thanks - really helpful, and a good idea....
-
Thanks for confirming....
-
Mine is filtered like this: And it shows like this:
-
There is an 'actual ship date' that is completed on the Sales Order when all items are fulfilled - so we are using this primarily now. However, this means that it doesn't invoice a sales order until all orders are delivered (which can be weeks / months) So we also have a custom field on the sales order (updated from the…

Account needs to be your Current Assets : Stock account: I put a few other Results in: Go to Customization, Forms, Sublists. then Item tab to set it up as a Sublist: Mine also shows a different amount when you reverse the date order (to show newest at top) - but is accurate when oldest at top I don't really understand the…

Thanks Michoel - that is really helpful and makes the system far more usable. Much appreciated!!!

Robert - I'm not sure that would work, but it has given me another idea.... I could try and create a custom field that was a formula from the PostCode field but use the Replace function to replace all spaces with # characters (or similar). Therefore postcodes would become: GU2 1DF GU2#1DF GU23 2ES GU23#2ES Then I should be…

Thanks - the 'posting=true' option seems to be simpler - and has resolved the problem I found today. Hopefully that will give me more accurate reports moving forward.... Thanks again!

That's worrying. I've just checked and we have that bundle also. We are due to go live with 2019.2 on Friday night. Was this error appearing on every Sales Order transaction? (i.e. if I can process a test Sales Order on Saturday, can I assume we are OK?) Also, did you see this error in your Release Preview environment? Can…

The Sales Order appears in Related Records on the Case The Case is created from the Cases subtab in the Related Records Tab on the Sales Order Apparently a case can be linked to multiple Sales Orders. And presumably there can be multiple RMAs on a Sales Order. So I'm guessing this isn't going to be possible...…….

Robert Nedelkow-Oracle wrote:Thanks Paul. I think Advanced Solutions will be able to provide additional guidance on this and hopefully you can test in RP. I hope so - I've just been testing the Inventory Adjustment Worksheet process, and that doesn't allow for the use of Bins (and removes all bin allocations if you use…

Thanks, we don't have Sandbox but we do have RP for the next couple of weeks..... As I showed above, we don't have the sequence field in our system, so I assume this must be part of WMS. I'm hoping that the Advanced Solutions Team will come back with some options.... My alternatives are to run the inventory counts in item…

OK - so going back to your original screen shot, it would appear that the 'sequence number' field indicated is editable - so using this functionality we could ensure that our bins were sorted in the correct order. Can your team confirm that the on screen Inventory Count and the printed Inventory Count Sheet would both be…
-
Thanks Robert - I assume WMS is a 'paid for' addition to NetSuite? We don't (currently) need handheld devices or bar code scanners - we just want to carry out an inventory count across multiple bins in bin number order. Why is this so difficult?
-
I'm not sure what that screen is you are showing, but our bin record looks like this: Is that the 'WMS' module I have heard mentioned - maybe we have not been sold the correct product..... I have now confirmed that one part of the system sorts by the Internal ID of the bin, and the other by bin name It would be annoying if…

I have been fighting with this since we went live. There is no way (either by UI or programmatically) to change the Printed Ticket flag. The only action that will reset the flag is to fulfil the order (and you can then delete the fulfilment afterwards). The whole picking ticket process using NetSuite is grossly inadequate…

Thanks Chris - really helpful (as always!) I have today found out these situations are further complicated by the fact that the supplier send in their invoices on the day of delivery, and so often these issues are discovered after the Bill has been entered on NetSuite (which I think prevents us from editing the receipt). I…

Even with DKIM, we still have problems with this. The strangest one is that customers get the monthly statement by email, but then tell us they didn't receive some (or many) of the invoices sent in the previous month. I have all the DKIM reports sent to me to analyse, and although some show some errors, they seem to say…

Hi I don't suppose you would be able / prepared to share that script? I was thinking of creating something similar......
-
Thanks Robert - I've added a support case for us to that issue

Do we know if this is limited to 2019.2? We are not updated yet, but I have had 2 reports of these errors here today also? It may just be a coincidence, but then again it may not be..... Is the fix mentioned above only for 2019.2?
