There's a bundle out there called something like Custom Admin role that installs a custom role with all permissions in you account. This would be a good starting place…

This search returns a list of login activity, that can include each session listed by date and time of initial login, the user's name, and the IP address from which the user logged in. When you drill down on individual login entries, you view a list of the transactions completed during the user's session. If no data…

Can you give some more detail? I'm a bit new to Netsuite myself and unsure what an Activity record is. Is it anything like a Support record? Activities are Events, Tasks, and Calls that you can attach to Records and Transactions. When you create a task, call or event directly from a record, the activity record is both…

If you want to import contacts for entities (Customers, Leads, Prospects, or Vendors) that already exist in NetSuite, include entity names in the Company column of Contacts CSV file data. Thanks,
-
If you are using two files for the import, the file containing Contacts data should include a column with values that map to the entities’ primary key field values. You will need to map the two files’ key columns on the Import Assistant’s File Mapping page. For a step by step, see the Help topic titled, Importing Entities…

Log into the NetSuite Account Center on the Support tab, and click the Enhancement Voting tab. If you do not see the NetSuite Account Center portlet on the Support tab, an administrator can assign the role to you. Thanks,

I confirmed the SuiteIdeas tab is part of the new Enhancement Voting Center. Click SuiteIdeas and search for Full CSV, then click the topic to register your vote. Thanks,

I've seen a similar problem caused by utf-8 encoding when results are exported. A possible workaround is to add the 'currency' field to the results as well and export again.
-
We are also tracking this request via Enhancement 166812. Thanks,
-
A good starting point would be the SuiteAnswers Site and Learning Center. A quick search for keyword 'csv' returns over 800 results, including best practices and training videos. In NetSuite, click the Support tab and hit the Visit the SuiteAnswers Site button. Thanks,
-

Hi Lipsa, If you are trying to restrict this search to a specific role, select the role under the Audience tab of the search. As long as this role has the export list permission, they can export it.
