Hi @Toanne Termeer, Setting up vendor pricing schedule with the ability to indicate the price level for each quantity range rather than discount % is a known system limitation and is currently logged under enhancement #108679: Vendor-specific item pricing>ability to indicate the price level for each quantity range rather…

Hi @Gavrah Rabba. Based on further testing and looking at our documentation, there is no way that we can limit the Discount Item to be shown to Sales Order or Purchase Order only. I agree with our fellow member that this maybe possible through customization. To explore this, please reach out to your Account Manager or…

Hi @Vernita, When you create the Work Order, the inventory detail is not yet a required field so you will not be able to configure it then. When I said that this should be manually selected prior to building the work order, I mean to say before you can save the Assembly Build transaction you need to populate this field.…
-
Hi @Vernita, Based on further investigation, please be advised that this is the current standard behavior of the system since Lot Numbered Assembly Item must generate Lot Number upon building of Work Order. Hence, we need to configure the inventory detail upon Assembly Build. Mass Build Work Order feature's purpose is to…

Hi @dle_35705, Since you already checked if there are any transactions causing the status to be committed but it seems there is none, this might be an indication that the Serial Number is stuck at the backend. This appears to be a possible defect, and it requires opening a case to further investigate. If you need…

Hi @User_BQX47, Exposing the sub-components of your member items for your kits in Saved Searches would require multiple level of join or subqueries which is a known system limitation and is currently logged under enhancement #125071: Saved Search: Support multiple levels of Join or Sub-queries. If you can observe in our…

Hi @User_2MNG9, Can I also get a screenshot of the results tab of your search? I will try to recreate this search on my end. Thank you!

Hi @User_2MNG9, Apologies for the late revert on this one. Just would like to confirm if you would like to populate all these information in a single Saved Search? Or different Saved Searches? To clarify further, this is an item search where these information will be taken from the Item360 tab of the item record instead of…

Hi @User_GJSVY, It is a standard behavior that changing the accounts of Other Charge for Purchase item has a retrospective effect meaning it will also update previous transactions. If we are looking for a way where we can update this and not to affect previous transactions, it is currently a known system limitation and…
-
Hi @Adam W, If these fields are mandatory in the Purchase Order then we need to allow this fields to be exposed in the transactions. Since some of your transactions like Purchase Orders are using the per-line class and per-line departments, hiding these fields may not be the best option. Thank you!
-
Hi @Adam W, Yes, that would be the effect if these fields are required in your Purchase Order. In my previous comment I did mention that the first option applies to all transaction that uses per-line class and per-line departments. Thank you. Regards, Sho

Hi @Adam W, Apologies for the confusion. Our test environment is not yet in the 2025.1 version that is why we are having a different behavior. I tried and tested this out in a test environment in 2025.1 version and I was able to reproduce the behavior that you are experiencing. Currently, the fields are not customizable…

Hi @Dale Glen, As a workaround, we may need to create two Saved Searches and manually combine them in excel. Unfortunately, having to combine two different search into one where the fields are not available on both is a known system limitation. You can also reach out to your Account Manager for possible engagement with our…

Hi @Dale Glen, Thank you for the screenshot. I tested this in my account and I recreated your search and noticed the same behavior, the Component Yield and BOM Quantity is empty. Tried to use a test account without Advanced BOM and recreated the search and I was able to expose the values of these fields. Based on testing,…
