Hi @Nissam CP, When you file a case, you can ask assistance on how to add yourself as an Authorized Contact. Each account have corresponding number of allowed Authorized Contacts and if it is not yet maxed, you can add yourself. You can also inquire this when you file a support ticket. I hope this helps.
