Hi @User_NYPKX, I agree with the discussions above that the status of the Item Fulfillment (Picked, Packed or Shipped) only relates to the actual process of fulfilling your items from the time it is picked from warehouse, packed from warehouse and eventually shipped to customers. It does not in any way relate to your…

Hi @User_Q1DPO, Thank you for sharing your observations on backdating transactions. I have found an enhancement request for that already since the Ownership Transfer record do no respect the date of the transaction (example if it is backdated) in as far as the exchange rate is concern. For reference, here is the…

Hi @User_2LD8N, The location will be sourced from the location indicated in your Sales Order. As previously mentioned, the related Item Fulfillment for drop ship do not have a GL Impact, hence it doesn't have any effect on your stocks/inventory. Hope I was able to clarify your concern further. Thank you! Regards, Sho

Hi @User_Q1DPO, Here's to explain the Standard Behavior of exchange rate base on different Inbound Shipment transactions. Item Receipts Exchange rate is…

Hi @User_2LD8N, Based on testing, even if it is a drop ship item, we still need to have an Item Fulfillment as our record that the item was already shipped to the customer. This record will also serve as our basis for billing the customer. However, since in essence the order is dropped directly from the vendor to the…

Hi @HX_SUBHANKAR, Since the feature is enabled in your account, this is the reason why the location is not available under Import Type = Item. Hi @valtir_SuiteGeek, You can only attach a saved search as a sublist if the search has at least one available filter. The sublist that is shown is filtered by the first filter listed on the saved search. Be sure that the search and the filter both apply to the record you are attaching the sublist to. Here's the…

Hi @DanishBernadeth, It seems that the error does not pertain to the Tracking Number. May I know what role are you using and if this is a OneWorld account? Hi @User_Q1DPO, Inbound Shipment Management enables you to track shipments when they leave the supplier, to the receiving destination, and then into the buyer’s inventory hence, it is best to create an inbound shipment record once the goods left the supplier. On the other hand, Inbound Shipping Management enables you to…
