@User_YMWNR - yes, you can do it via Custom Field with a Saved Search (with required criteria) showing the results.

Hi @Gaurav_NS, A few questions: What is the "Type" in the Criteria tab? Do you have the "Main Line" as "True" or "False"? Note that in some cases, you may need to use a different field (e.g., Employee : Name/ID) to filter the results by Employee Name. Thanks. Best, Tigran

Hi @Gaurav_NS, You can do it for Projects with a Charge Based Billing by using the Group Order field on charges. You can also customize/automate the assignment of the Group Order on charges based on various criteria. Best, Tigran
