Here is a SuiteAnswers Article on how to build a Workflow to send emails: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30908/loc/en_US You need to modify it for your specific needs.
-
Are you using the Admin role? Also, do you have the latest version of the Drag and Drop bundle?
-
Hey @User_DATN1, You have to add the Case record to the Drag & Drop configuration. You can get there via Setup → Customization → Drag & Drop Setup:
-
Hey @User_DATN1, Emails sent via Saved Searches don't get registered under Communications. To show the sent emails under Communications, you need to create a Workflow to send the same email.
-
Hey @John Nikko, That should be possible via "Bill of Materials Revision" Saved Search. You may need to do some grouping, formulas, and a criterion to limit the System Note results regarding the "Revision Last Edit Date".
-
Hey @TEN, That is an email generated by SuiteApprovals and isn't customizable, which is understandably frustrating.
-
Hey @User_68KLQ, Could you confirm that the Inventory Items you are attempting to select are active and are available for the correct subsidiary?
-
Hey @jjt, The solution that would make it look like a native feature is utilizing the "GL Plug-in" feature. It is a relatively straightforward customization. With this, once the Credit Memo is saved, the system will reclass it to the desired GL. You can also explore Fixed or Dynamic Allocations to see if you can achieve…

To confirm, you are shipping to an address in Australia, but want the Ship To reference a USA address?
-
Hey @GSONI, Tax codes are typically linked to Ship To Addresses. Try to use an Australian Ship To and see if that resolves the issue.
-
Hey @User_CN4QU, There is a SuiteAnswers article (especially the last portion about editing the Fixed Assets) on how to resolve a similar issue for "Class". It should apply to the "Location" as well. Try it and see if that resolves the issue. https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/84625/loc/en_US
-
Hey @User_EW3WP, The role may have the "Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing" checked. Could you check if that is selected and if removing it resolves the issue? Thanks.
-
Hey @User_PB6Y8, Yes, NetSuite has various options for setting up Employee Alerts. If you have a specific use case, please list it here, and I will be able to provide a recommendation.
-
Hey @Ashoka_Sanjapu, All transaction lines are included in the count, as each creates a database sub-record. NetSuite also adds record back-end links to the count. If you create a Transaction Search with the following criteria, you will get an idea of the count (the actual count is typically higher because of back-end…

Customize column options aren't available with Advanced Inventory Management per Location configuration:
-
Hey @User_P6PVX, I am surprised NetSuite didn't add that option, as that would have been very helpful. At this time, that option isn't available natively via configuration.
-
Hey @nsteresa, I agree with you that it can be frustrating, and NetSuite should have given us an option to hide the unused columns. That option, however, isn't available. The only other viable option is to create a custom sublist with the required columns (view-only) and keep the native one for updates. You can also create…

Hey @User_WA9MO, Do you have the required access to make changes to company-wide employee calendars? If you have the Admin role, you should be able to make the changes per the provided guidance. When you access the Calendar via Activities, you are creating Personal Events. Thanks.
-
When you use the Resource Allocation, you are directing NetSuite to create an Allocation Time. That's how the Resource Allocation works in NetSuite. If you don't want Allocation Time Entries to be created, you shouldn't use the Resource Allocation feature in NetSuite.
-
When you create Resource Allocations under Projects, NetSuite created "Allocation Time Entries" to facilitate reporting and forecasting:
-
Hey @User_WA9MO, Yes, you can add Public Holidays to a Calendar via List → Employees → Calendars. Then, you can set that calendar as default on Employee records.
-
Hey @hailey, NetSuite has a report called "Budget vs. Actual" where you can select a Budget or a Forecast to be compared against Actuals. Would that work?
-
Hey @User_U9ZTK, Are you referring to "Planned Time"? If yes, you have to disable the "Create Planned Time Entries" preference:
-
Hey @User_ZT7UY, Can you run the "A/P Aging Report" as of 31/12/2025 and see if these entries are still showing up?
-
I agree that if your primary subsidiary is in Malaysia and you are using the International Edition, you should be able to install the Malaysia E-invoicing SuiteApp. You can test that in Sandbox. What happens when you open the SuiteApp today? Doesn't it give you the Install option? Note that you can safely uninstall the…
-
Hey @User_4TMZA, Natively, it won't be possible. Customization can achieve that on the reporting level, but it will be pretty complex.
-
Hey @Janice De Ocampo, What is the current edition of the parent subsidiary / NetSuite instance?
-
Hey @User_CXH6W, We can add custom line-level fields to restricted roles, such as Employee Center. In theory, we should be able to add a custom "Inline HTML" field displaying images on Transaction Lines in the Customer Center.
-
Yes, I understand. Unfortunately, we have no way to trigger the UE script for system-generated RevRec JEs.
-
Hey @GauravAgrawal, Are you referring to "system-generated RevRec Journals"? If yes, then the UE script won't trigger on that, and you would need to build an M/R script.
