Perhaps you can have the criteria based on the Item Type. Something like CASE WHEN {item.type} LIKE 'Inventory Item' AND {quantityshiprecv} = 0 THEN '1' ELSE '0' END → Equal to 1 You would need to experiment. It is hard to give you an exact solution remotely, as your use case is complex.

Hey @Elizabeth Vance, You can do that by creating a Transaction Saved Search that is running on Sales Orders with Main Line = False. Use the "Status" = "Partially Fulfilled", "Pending Billing", etc., as an additional criterion. For the "not fulfilled", use the "Quantity Shipped/Received/Picked Up" = 0

Hey @User_ZRJXX, Depending on your localization, NetSuite version, and deployed bundles, you may have a list of roles that differs from others'. For example, you may have a role called "System Administrator" that might be appropriate for your IT Manager. This role has significantly fewer permissions than the…

Thanks for confirming. Try the following: Find a Journal that was created via Post Time Create a Transaction Saved Search and enter the Criteria to show the Journal from #1 In the Results of the Saved Search, add "Applying Transaction", "Applied To Transaction", "Created From", and see if any of these display the related…

The Bulk Mail Merge only uses Groups. In theory, you can create a Customer Group per individual Customer, and send the Statement to the desired Customer. If you mostly plan to do that, then you may consider using Option 2 from my previous response.
-
No, the native one is not available to customize. I wish NetSuite made it customizable.
-
Ah, my bad. If you create a custom "Internal ID" field on the Invoice Record, you should be able to add it to the "A/R Aging Detail" report. The Saved Search is another option, but it will be harder to use. Check if you have a Saved Search called "A/R Aging" which comes with some of the Suite Success bundles. You can…

Thanks for the clarification, I didn't realize you were asking about the "Email Template". There are a few options: Create a custom scheduled workflow and an email template to send Customer Statements based on a schedule and a custom email template Open the Customer record, Communications, New Message, and type the email…

Thanks for the clarification. You can customize the "A/R Aging Detail" and add the "Internal ID" from the "Customer/Project" section:
-
Hey @John Nikko, The "Pipeline by Sales Rep" is based on the "Projected Total" field value. This field can be updated manually or auto-generated based on the sum of all item line amounts. This isn't considered a "Forecast Report". The "Use Quotes in Forecast" checkbox would impact reports such as "Forecast vs. Quota" or…
-
Hey @User_6EMYZ, Are you referring to the Journals created via the "Post Time" feature, which is part of the Job Costing?
-
Hey @Yossi Zohar, On the custom field, did you select the "Store Value" checkbox? Sometimes, it takes time for the field to propagate. Try to clear the browser cache, relog, and see if the field shows up.
-
Hey @User_IBB5P, NetSuite doesn't have a native report called "Customer Detailed TB". You might be using a custom report. Do you know which native report was customized to create "Customer Detailed TB"?
-
Hey @Elizabeth W., You can find the Customer Statement Template via Customization → Forms → Advanced PDF/HTML Templates.
-
Thanks for checking. How about Global Employee Permissions? Also, clear the browser cache and try again. You can also log in under the employee account and see if you are experiencing the issue. If not, it might be related to her browser extensions or similar. If nothing works, open a case with NetSuite Support and ask…

Hey @User_L6WBE, We resolved this for our customers by: Implementing Celigo CloudExtend, which integrates NetSuite with Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint Creating a custom "Hyperlink/URL" field (or a Custom Record for multiple URLs), where users will reference the URL of the file hosted on a shared drive.…
-
Hey @TEN, Can you check both Employee records and confirm they are under the same Subsidiary? If they aren't, that might explain the discrepancy in system behavior.
-
Hey @User_BD08X, Did you try using the "Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry"? I believe NetSuite was discontinuing the "Intercompany Journal Entry".
-
Hey @User_6YI1X, Check if the Custom Role has a "View" access to "Employee Record" permission. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to add "Employees" permission, too.
-
All of the highlighted reports are available through "Administration and Controls → Audit" under the Administrator Role.
-
Hey @ABDUL HANNAN, The best option would be to do that via customization. Most probably, it would be a UE script that captures the changes to a "Child Custom Record". We have done such customizations for other records and fields that aren't being tracked natively.
-
Hey @Glaced999991, I agree that NetSuite should have made that possible. However, attaching new contacts to Projects via CSV is not supported. You need a script to do that.
-
Hey @User_KJCWO, No, that's unusual. This typically happens if the Custom Roles are part of a bundle that was updated.
-
Hey @User_Y3QUG, I am not seeing this issue with my customers. Most probably, it is an isolated issue with your NetSuite's database or shared Data Centers. I recommed responding to the NetSuite Support case and asking for an update, so they prioritize the resolution.
-
Hey @Mary Rivas, It would have been great if NetSuite built such a resource. I don't think it is available though.
-
Hey @User_WJTCO, Without seeing the full configuration of the Custom Record and Role Permissions, it is hard to pinpoint the reason for the issue that you have. You can create a workflow to generate an error message if a user with unauthorized role attempts to edit the given Custom Record.
-
It appears that NetSuite is intentionally blocking multiple-select fields from showing up on the "Pay Bills" page. I am unsure why they do that, as the use case you have is valid.
-
It is hard for me to troubleshoot this any further without access to your system. Please open a Support Case with NetSuite and ask them to investigate.
-
When you click on "Additional Filters", the custom field doesn't show up?
-
Hey @Rachel_A, The native "Terms" field isn't multiple-select. You might be able to achieve your need by creating a custom "multiple-select Terms" field and adding that to the "Bill Payments" filters.
