We have not tried it yet. We are looking to have something that our sales reps use that are out in the field, where they can submit expenses via a mobile app. Do they need a full license or just Employee Center to access Expense Report?

I'm having issues with entering a bill. After choosing a vendor, the "Print on Check" field is not auto populating, nor is the subsidiary. I don't know if this is related to your issue.

I did not. We just audited everything to ensure we had the correct totals and submitted to Yearli. So easy! I love Yearli!

How do you record your wire transfers? I enter mine as manual checks and they showed up on my Yearli report ok. I'm having a problem with the report showing Bill Credits as payments.

When I try to delete the voiding journal entry, I get a message that I'm unable to delete the it because it is attached to a transaction (the invoice that the check originally paid". Is there still a way to delete it?

I actually forgot that the different boxes are tracked by the general ledger account that the expense is booked to. But still curious to see what SuiteApp most use for this process.
