How does one test if they don't have a sandbox account. Last time I checked, sandbox accounts were NOT free. I still can't believe that NS charges extra for an area to test customizations. We just want a canned one page check-out that works. I don't need the high end customization and we don't want to hire a guru to use each new NS feature. We just want to click "use one page checkout = true" and be done with it.
