  • Yea, that is a work around that we added about a year ago. It isn't the greatest work around because it doesn't have any impact on what NS charges the new customer for shipping. In other words... all new customers are charged for residential (our default) regardless of what they select in that custom "address type" field. T
  • In our upcoming Summer 2007 release, you can specify your package size, which items ship in which packages, and which items always ship individually. When I go to the "support center" it says "Case # 409214 : Enhancement: 101545 - retain Preferred vendor information after editing the parent matrix".
