Thanks. I was wondering if anyone ever had a similar issue. The search does have about 15 formula fields if there is a limit on those. I wondered if there was a limit on the file size ..and not the number of lines. Then I could see it chopping things off on a random number of lines depending on how much data is contained…

yes. Same here. They likely have an absolute URL to something in NetSuite. For example, https://system.netsuite.com/app/... became https://system.na3.netsuite.com/app/... and so their URL should just be "/app/..." to keep working properly. Just a guess.

We can't order inventory of Matrix child items. NetSuite, when will this be fixed?

One person here seems to believe that it is only effecting the orders of Matrix child items. Those Amazon orders aren't transferring via Celigo to netSuite. That info isn't fully verified.

Defect #460020 and with new defect prioritization program, it is a "u3" and should be resolved in 3 to 6 business days.

Oh, I see now. It was something that ONLY happened on FRIDAY the 30th. Maybe NetSuite did something on that day. Updates seem to happen on Friday evenings. We had 10k+ visits to that page on the 30th. Nothing before and nothing after that date.

Is anyone else getting Intermittent outages? We keep loosing NetSuite for three or four minutes and then it comes back online. Currently it is down for us.
